100 Words or Less – Wild Hogs (2007)

100 Words or less

Title – Wild Hogs

Released – 2007

Director – Walt Becker

Starring – John Travolta, Tim Allen, Martin Lawrence, William H. Macy.

Review – A bizarre film from the director of The Road Chip, but with some real talent involved (and Tim Allen). Four middle aged (ha) men who play bikers once a week want the real thing. On their journey through America they come across an angry Ray Liotta, a very gay John C. McGinley and most importantly, true friendship. It is objectively terrible, but there is some really great slapstick and (albeit low-brow) humour hiding inside the gay jokes. A recurring joke with William H. Macy falling from his bike is hilarious and John Travolta being attacked by a fake bird is gold.
