Review – After the brilliant and highly regarded Predator, it was always going to be difficult to make a follow up film. And while Predator 2 does fail in some respects, it is mostly very successful. The film follows a group of cops in future 1997 as they battle street gangs but eventually start being picked off by the Predator. The characters are underwritten but this is soon forgotten due to the awesome cast and the inventive action scenes, which both arguably rival the first’s ones. While not as perfect as the first, Predator 2 is still a must watch for fans.
